Can anyone recommend a local boneyard or similar place where I might have a good chance of finding a 13"-14" car wheel at a price that won't cause too much anal chaffing?

It's to be used as part of a motorcycle wheel mount for a tire changing stand so I'd only need one and it doesn't have to be chromed or in mint condition, just functional for the purpose.

All American in Vancouver carries allot of the 13-14 steel wheels. But you should understand there no longer cheap, the world has moved to 15-19 inch as the new norm and the 13-14 are all going onto restoration projects.

You might try u-pull it in Tigard.

A 15" rim might work better for a changing station since the front wheel rotors are less than 15" and will fit inside the rim, keeping them out of harm's way.
