Had someone by the name of Jay over at Flame Masters paint the bike for me. Hes in the vancouver area. Does great work for a great price. Nice guy also. Right now I keep her parked, and when its nice out ill drive her around the vancouver lake area mostly. Rode out to Mt. St. Helen with a group of about 20, and ive driven around the portland area. But thats about it. ![]() ![]() |

But more importantly, when do you guys meet up for rides. Ive been riding to vancouver lake and back home lately, thats about it. ![]() This cold weather is killing me. I looked up motorcycle shipping, and got a quote for $575 to ship my bike back to my Moms house in Southern California. But sunny days are ahead, will see what happens. Either keep my bike here and enjoy what few rides i can get, or ship my bike out and ride whenever i visit california. tough one. ![]() This freezing rainy weather is killin me, lets set up a ride. its been nice lately but cold. But it looks like rain is in our future. |

| Superbiker Joined: Jan 2009 From: Vancouver, WA I Ride: 04 Kawi ZZR 1200 | Hello, I live In BG where My Business is located. I have A lovely wife and 3 lovely children a Girl 10, Boy 7, Girl 5. My Boy and I are into ATV's and Street Riding. I Had An ATV (Honda 110 ATC) when I was young and rode various dirt bikes growing up. My first street ride was a Chopped Honda 450 I bought from My uncle the day I turned 18 (He still has it in his Garage). Mom was Mortified! The Girls weren't! My next bike was a yamaha 400 followed by a 250 Rebel and then a V65 Magna! After I sold the V65 (which I loved) I was without a bike for about 10 years. bummer! In the spring of 06 I could take it no longer and I answered an ad on Craigslist and drove up to Seattle, spent $500.00 I didn't really have on a 1988 GSXF 600 Katana. Freeway speed wind blew parts off the bike when I hauled it back in my truck from Seattle LOL! But in a few weeks It was running and painted and legally appointed. I could have made some cash on the bike but I sold it to a friend for $500.00 to introduce him to biking. The replacement was the SV650S I put about 10,000 Miles on that bike and more of my friends bought bikes, it was really fun! Then Came the Ninja After an encounter with the LEO's My friend was passing me on his Busa at track speeds and I decided I should keep the SV and "live" with less drama. I ended up getting a deal on the 919 I have now and I like the bike a lot, it wont keep up with the litre bikes on track day....but it goes fast enough. I like people a lot, I am a people person. I will give the family wave to any one on 2 or 2 or even 1 wheel, I don't even snub the scooters. I do enjoy the class and friendly spirit that is so prevalent in the biking community. I enjoy riding with just about any class of riders. I believe we all have things we can learn from each other and everyone has a contribution they can make. I hope you enjoy a few of my pictures and I look forward to meeting more of you out there. The most dangerous bike we have in the garage! ![]() What We rode on our 12th Anniversary instead of the Ninja, Thanks Eric! ![]() My favorite Co-pilot on a ZX-11 Ninja The bike was too fast so I gave it up! ![]() An old Katana I bought And Fixed Up Who doesnt like to see cute blondes and bikes? ![]() Another Cute Blonde on a Motorcycle! ![]() 2002 SV650S, 2003 Honda CB900F Hornet AKA 919. The SV650S is the property now of a young lady over in SE, it's her first Bike. ![]() It's the view of my bikes that Harley guys see! Jk! New rider, new bike owner. Anyone know of a reputable bike shop on this side of the river? I wanna have her professionally inspected / tuned up for my first season, plan on starting to do my own work after. PM me if this isn't the place for that discussion ![]() |

Got her for the most part patched up and rideable, so I figured I'd say hi. I commute to SE Portland at 6:30 in the morning along I-5, so you may see me along there either on my bike or in my rattlecanned black with lime green racing stripes S-10. Seaside, OR on one of those arcade riding games with a buddy. We are both thinking about attending the poker run this weekend because it starts right up the street from him. (I'm in the black) ![]() Riding back into Portland with my dad after an almost 2 week bike trip to Mexico. All of a sudden we started getting pelted with hail in addition to being rained on for the past 200+ miles and riding numb through the Siskiyous in March of last year. I think this was the only stop in the 3k+mi trip that wasn't for gas. ![]() |
