GREAT coffee, LOTS of parking space, and they usually aren't that busy. Personally, I think it would be an awesome spot for a bike night, and it would be a bit of a ride for most folks. Dolce Gelato, on 8th street in Vancouver, just West of Ester Short Park... they have the second best cup of coffee in Clark County, imo. Not much parking though, and you have to pay for it. Mon Ami, is a nice, small'ish place on Main Street... their coffee is okay, as are their crepes... and while there is parking, they are slightly expensive for what you get. Kinda cramped too, but worth a visit all the same =) My vote is for Blue Castle... Sunday afternoon? 3:00? It's supposed to rain for the next three months, so Sunday is as good a day as any, right? It's called River Maiden Coffee and it's honestly the best cup of joe I've ever had. Literally. The only thing is that it might be a little granola for this crowd. Regardless there is plenty of parking off to the side in a vacant gravel lot and plenty of room to sit inside. As long as we're respectful it should be cool.
