Question Feeler - 2005 Toyota MR2 Spyder
I have some debt to pay and am considering selling my toy to eliminate my debt.
My MR2 has 26,000 miles on it. I bought it in January 2006 with 12,000 mi.
It's 1.8L, 5sp, gets averages 30 mpg on country roads, takes 87 octane.
Tan leather interior, 6 CD changer, roll bar.
Anyone interested in this fun machine?
And yes I can get you some better photos, this is all I have on hand

Book values:
NADA: $17,175 (clean retail)
KBB: $15,120 (good cond) to $16,020 (excellend cond) - private party sale
Edmunds: $15,613 (private sale) to $16,699 (dealer sale)

$15,500

Anyone interested? BTW, I can put the top down in the rain and as long as I keep moving I don't get wet . The heater cranks out some serious heat too. Last average gas mileage was 33 mpg on country roads + around town. This car is like a go-kart: mid-engine with close-ratio 5speed, RWD, weighing in at only 2200 lbs. Terrible in the snow!

I'd consider a partial trade - looking for a 2nd bike with value on the order of $6,000. This could be sport touring or something good on gravel roads - some of the models I'd consider: Ducati ST2, ST3, ST4, Multistrada. BMW?. VFR, Superhawk. Bike must be upright (or upright-able with Converti-Bars). Must be relatively light (BMW 1150RT and VStrom were too big and heavy for me). Need a fairing.

It is like a 4-wheeled bike - even skids around in the rain (and in the dry on manhole covers). I'd definitely hold on to it if money were no issue . No bites, so I guess I'm "stuck" with it
