Super Clean RX7 FC TII V8 Swapped - $7500

I am selling a very clean 1987 Mazda RX7 Turbo II with about 90k miles on the chassis with a professionally swapped V8. Because it’s a turbo model, the car comes with a factory clutch type LSD, better brakes and suspension as well as upgraded interior package.
Here is the gist of it. I bought this with a non functioning rotary in 2006. While in college, I worked on this and spent just about every dime I had to get the engine swap done. I finally graduated college and got it running (perfectly) in the early summer of 2008. I drove it for a few hundred miles and had various bugs that I worked out over time. I began to invest in the exterior aesthetics of the car. I moved in 2009 and went back into covered heated storage until 2012. At this time, I invested in the interior and stereo system. Throughout this process, it slowly turned into what it is today.
This car is a head turner, and has the performance to match. The attention to detail with the swap is 2nd to none. I initially dynoed the care at 268hp to the rear wheels when I first swapped the engine in 2008. shortly thereafter I ran a 13.2 ¼ mile on drag radials @ 101mph. since then i have installed a more free flowing exhaust and have had the PCM power tuned. This year I ran 13.05 @ 106mph on 18” street tires.
I have at least $15,000 invested into this car not including labor and hours and hours of time. I am hoping to get $7500 out of this, or use it as a partial trade for something turbocharged with 4 doors (Evo, Audi, Subaru)

For the sake of transparency, I am including a list of the minor fixes that are still needed.
The headlight relay works sometimes and not others
The wiper relay doesn’t like to turn off once it’s on
The passenger side window switch does not function, but the driver side switch can operate the passenger window
The dash center bezel needs replaced
The paint is not perfect and has a few chips, runs and minor virtually un-noticeable dents
Speedometer needs an adapter to work
The tach was recalibrated, but isn’t perfect
There are some other minor issues here and there, but nothing that can’t be fixed pretty easily.
Overall, you will be hard pressed to find a better value and a cleaner FC. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to have a very unique and sorted car without spending the time or money to build it.
I am open to possible trades + cash for an EVO VIII, Audi B6 A4 or S4, or something of the like.

good thing that I thought ahead and put in a new optispark distributor before I installed the engine in the RX7... It only has about 1500 miles on it
