Just wanted to see if our guys in the Walla Walla area were all accounted for. If anyone has anymore info could you post up. Be safe out the guys |

It was his first day on his first fire. The second guy was a division supervisor who was about ready to retire. he was in his late forties or early fifties and he went off to inspect a section of the fire and it blew up on him and burned him over. i do not know if he was able to deploy his fire shelter or not. it can be nasty business out there, but we try to stay as safe as possible. i am home now. for a week, possibly two. then out for more of the same. thanks for the well-wishes. |
