Question Triumph/Condotta's
So... Condotta's is no longer an authorized Triumph dealer...

I'll have 12,000 miles on my Triumph Scrambler sometime next spring - time for valve check/adjustment and carb balancing. I dunno how to do that stuff, and don't have the tools for it. Do little stuff like changing oil and adjusting the chain just fine, but digging farther into the motor myself doesn't really interest me.

Any recommendations for alternatives if the guys at Condotta's can't handle the valve & carb work that comes along with the 12,000 mile adjustment?

Thanks!

I Ride: because walking feels so awkward.
Wow! Too bad we are losing another brand.

I don't see why they couldn't continue to work on them. They know the bikes and have the tools. That is, if you ever did trust them to work on your bike.

I agree with Jim. AJ just did my valves on my Tiger and it's never run better. As an added bonus, you make it down this far Guy and lunch is on me.

I second Cashmere Cycle. Mitch does great work. Oh, and Condotta's sucks. I hate that place. They dropped Gas Gas, or I should say, Gas Gas dropped them, so they will no longer work on Gas Gas. Sucks for the people that bought them there. And just to clarify, I did buy a motorcycle from Condotta's back in 2000... great customer service to get the sale, but once I had the bike, they treated me like dog poop.

No more Triumph,no more GasGas, no more Kymco and VERY SOON ......

NO MORE YAMAHA MOTORCYCLES....

As per the guy I spoke with today, they are moving the entire store to there no prop boat shop building, they are taking with them Polaris, KTM, Yamaha power products..... The Legend Harley people will be taking over the the building Condotta's is currently in and will also take the Yamaha motorcycle line. LH will be in the building only as long as it takes to build their new facility in the same area.......too bad the LH guys did not take up the KTM dealership.

Aren't the LH guys a bunch of tools? I hear if you don't ride a Harley, they don't give two shits about you.

I've had pretty good dealings with them so far. Then again... the collector's item I ride might have a little bit to do with that. Dunno how they treat the Suzuki or Kaw riders.

I Ride: Triumphs, is there anything else?
Another Triumph Alternative
It's a little further ride, but Empire Cycle & Powersports in Spokane is the Triumph dealer for the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area, and we work on all European and Metric brands. Just another choice in life! 892.6368

I second Moses Lake Experience Powersports they are quality people there... Don't make you feel like your doing them a favor for coming in and buying a bike from them... I toured their shop during the Grand Opening and it is well equiped.

I've also purchased a few things from Condotta's over the years, and have had less than stellar service from them.

I tried to get my rear tire balanced there once when they were an authorized Triumph dealer. I called prior to bringing the in the wheel, and was told they could do it on my '07 Sprint ST ("we have the adapter"). When I arrived, I was told they do not have the tool to do so.

As much as I like to keep things local, I can find better service at a cheaper price elsewhere....

I used to have a Kawasaki and hated dealing with them everytime I had to order parts they got the wrong once and that I had to wait another week.
I finally just went to the coast.
I got the cold shoulder for not liking Harley but it just isn't my type of bike.
