Fuel Injection?? Nah, just kiddin! I don't know enough about your bike to even attempt to screw around with the carbs. Just wondered if you had them checked out again by some place other than Timberline.

I need to but it will be spendy. I'm currently looking into buying a cbr1100xx Blackbird. I just need to find one in Wa. I found a 98' but it's carbed and I want FI on my next bike. The Blackbird is FI 99 and on.

Ahoy to the list. Just learned about the site tonight at Dusty's, where I think we may have set a record for Italian motorcycles in Wenatchee :D.

I ride an Aprilia SL 750 Shiver, which, btw, is also a V-Twin....I usually put 10-15,000 miles on each year, though long-distance touring's getting a tad more expensive.

Might as well check back in. I don't post much here, but I'm on occassionally. Name is Bill, and I bought back my RC-51 about a month ago after being without it for almost 3 years. Glad to be back in the sportbike saddle.

I actually noticed your RC cruising around a few months ago. When I moved here back in 98, I was the only one around it seemed like with a sportbike. Then I got my RC and was the only one around with a twin, sold it in July of 05 because I had a young son and I worked tons, so I barely rode. I had instant sellers remorse once I sold the RC. And wouldn't you know it, when I wanted it back, the guy in Walla Walla was selling it. So far, I have dumped some money into it to get it back into the shape it was in when I sold it, but it's worth every dime so far.
