Me and my gf will be there too. We also need to try to get everyone that we can to start showing up or at least getting in touch with them. I'm getting the registration forms for wings and wheels for those people who want to do the bike games and the car/bike show, so I need to find out who all is wanting to participate so I can get the forms to those people.

Too bad, Bill. That was the best Thursday night ride yet this year. Perfect temperature on top of Badger.

Good to meet you, Justin.

Man, I can't get over how well that Ninja 250 can keep up with the liter bikes climbing that hill. Way to twist the throttle, Sarah!

You shouda come over, Rippin. I would have bought you a hamburger.

Great seeing you guys again. Thanks to all that gave me crap for finally showing up, I don't know what I would do without you.

What happened to you guys that went on the ride? My iPod was falling out of my jacket, and I was having problems getting it back in, but once I did, I hightailed it out of Dusty's to catch up. Little did I know, that I was that far back. I left Dusty's maybe 2 minutes after everyone left. I rode to Peshastin, up North Rd. and into Leavenworth. Didn't see any of you guys. I did see that gal at Timberline a few times though. Looks like I made it back in time. Lightning was everywhere when I was in Dryden coming back. Now it's windy and rainy. Hope you guys had a good ride. See you next....

Bill it was good to see you this week. We all rode up the rode next to the pinnacles state park, then the back roads to leavenworth, then took off up the icicle. It was freekin beautiful up the icicle, then we rode back down and hung out a Timberline with Lizi for a while. Finally we rode back of in pouring rain and lightning, the ride was amazing right up until the rain started, I think we only got back into town at about 10ish. We were all wondering what happened to you

Later Bro

AAAhhh... I rode all the way out to Peshastin and then took North Rd to Leavenworth. That's probably why I didn't see you since I went to Peshastin. I was running a good clip down Hwy 2 too. I was going around the back of Dusty's and I felt something tugging on my headphones. I looked down and my iPod was dangling. So I got it back in my pocket, but I must of disconnected the remote when putting it back in my pocket. So I had to dig it back out to put the remote back in. Once I did that, I left, got caught behind some traffic on the ave. and pretty much hit every signal on the way out of town. I thought I would eventually I would catch up, but I guess not. I saw Lizi once when I was turning into Peshastin, then I saw her again when I was riding back.

Sounds like you were ahead of us on the North Road, Bill. Too bad.

That was the most incredible ride I've been on for a long time. The ride up the Icicle was amazing. Thanks for the suggestion, Vigilante. The heat of the day was washed away by the cold water in the river; the temperature was perfect. The scenery is mind boggling up that canyon. All that amazing rock almost looks good enough to eat! The river, the pines, the bikes - Wow! Then the ride down under that canopy of swirling, multicolored clouds was like a dream. What a great place to live!

Riding through a lightning storm was pretty cool too. Lack of visibility was the worst part. I washed my bike as soon as I got home before the road dirt had a chance to dry on. I was hoping never to ride the 907 in the rain again but it was worth it.

Thanks for the waters, Lizzi.

Did you get rained on, Moke? Let's see some pictures.

Nice to see Bill could come out and play, to bad he couldn't keep up. Next time we won't shift out of third. Yeah, I got the rain... huge drops. It's a good thing my GF was driving she blocked the wind and the huge rain drops. Workin on the pics for some reason I can't follow my own advice and they won't post. I'll work on the problem when I get off today at Noon.

Ripp'n, I haven't been riding much this week. Added up the miles and I'm changing the oil today. I've been in the coulee during one of those storms, lightening hitting the rocks. Awesome to watch and a little scary. Maybe next week there will be good weather and lack of flakiness on my part.

Great ride ya'll... The icicle was a beautiful ride. The temp swings, the trees, rocks, snow capped peaks (and the giraffe Miss Burger saw ) were so nice. It is a wonderful place and reminds me why we all work so hard so we can live here. Rides like that usually only happen for me once a season, but hopefully it is early enough to have it happen again soon. Thanks you guys.

The rain actually felt nice- it was such a warm rain! Usually when I'm riding in the rain I'm freezin' my arse off. I washed my bike this afternoon, only after I thought dang, I should have just ridden it downtown and looked for a bikini wash. Seems like there's always something going for donations... rats. Next time. Hmm, although I'm sure I missed a spot...

A special thanks to Lizzi for her hospitality! I saw 20 or 30 bikes in like 7 minutes... I was a bit overwhelmed like a kid in a candy store! That Rokon is really illusive, but was captured/found behind door number 3? 4?

Good to see ya Bill... sorry that happened, but we all were just glad to see show up! Welcome back bro!

You Moses Lakers better show up some evening... otherwise I'm bringing the Wenatchee posse to crash one of your bike nights (and eat all your food).

I've seen lots of wild things in Leavenworth, but giraffes?

I must have had my head in the clouds as normal.

Good news! (withdrawals be gone!) I'll be looking forward to trying to catch that white lightning Buell this week.

That said, some Moses Lake folks are planning on coming over this Thursday night weather permitting... so please help me make them feel welcome if they can make it.

I think our standard Wenatchee initiation should do it...

(we don't have one, but I got ya for a second there didn't I)
