But I like how Sport bike riders, who typically recognize the importance of racing classes, fail to see how such classes would apply to cars. I for one am not terribly impressed that a car with a 6.1 liter Hemi can beat a car with a 2.0 liter engine. It's the same as taking a gixxer 750, racing a ninja 250, then talking shit about how slow 250's are. |

Mitsu Evo, Sub STI, and the 350z are all faster and better choices for roughly the same price and the evo/sti especially are way faster out of the box, and fairly cheap to make even faster up to a certain point. And all those have had some serious updates/redesigns since the s2k came out. When it first came out it was decent compared to what was out there since the japanese had stopped bringing all the fast turbo cars over here in the mid to late 90's, but now its just sad. yeah like a ninja 250 on 4 wheels- nice handling and high rpm but no acceleration. The f20c and f22c are great engines, making the engine rev that hard to make 240hp out of the small thing that it is. |
