Anyone have a Motorola RAZR for free/cheap?
I gave my son a hand me down of a hand me down RAZR a couple years ago. The screen on it recently went kaput. Was looking to replace it.

We're with T-Mobile fwiw.

Anyone have one of these hanging around?

I don't have a RAZR but I do have a number of TMO phones hanging around. Would something else suffice? PM me.

Looking for one for parts to fix that one or just another of the same to activate on T mobile? If I can find it, I have a RAZR around here somewhere (hated that damn thing) but it was a sprint phone. You're welcome to have it to canibalize if I can find it...big if on finding it in all my junk though. lol

Is the razor a pretty decent phone or is it just like any old flip phone that happens to be thin and somewhat small?

I liked it, my wife liked it and my son liked it. The form factor is light and thin and it's done its job as a phone fine for all 3 of us. I've since moved onto a couple other phones and so has my wife. But we're all familiar with the RAZR so it's something I don't have to learn to help my boy with.

The reason I am asking is that my daughter ate my phone, then dropped it. Then I went onto Craigslist and bought a very large peice of crap that is a computer that happens to have a telephone on it. I pretty much do not like it.

All I need is a phone that rings loud, and vibrates, has text and a camera, and has good reception in weird places. I have Verizon. Oh, it has to be tough enough to drop, too.

Well these phones (we've all had one at some point) hvae been very sturdy, given their size/compactness. I've heard complaints about their reception abilities but this was only on the T-Mo network. Sounds like people were complaining more about the phone than the network.

The RIZR, which my wife now has, is also very sturdy and easy to use. It's a candy bar style phone that slides up to expose the keyboard. She loves it (it's also rose colored with flowers on the back).

But guys like Jason and other phone-philes would be able to give more info, I'm sure.

Damn, there's much rep to pass around but alas I need to spread the love before I can. Sorry for those that didn't get it from me and thanks to all those with offers for help.

Jason, you the man this time!
