I couldn't figure out where that sculpture was. I had resorted to poking around on google earth. I stopped looking and went about my chores. After Molo tagged it, I opened up my google earth to see if I could see it. When I opened my google earth, turns out the last place i was poking around was...

Martha lake park.

Kinda sucked to be so close and still have no idea.

the ranger didn't appreciate my "off roading" to get to the sculpture... i'm surprised someone got it so fast, i've lived a mile away from it for six and a half years and never knew it was there until about a week ago.
