Anywho, thank you for all that showed. I would like your HONEST feedback on this place. There were somethings I liked and some I didn't. I would like to hear what others have to say before I voice my opinion.
Thanks for organizing. I liked it. Burger was good. Beer was good and I've had there drinks in the past. Nice big table with a good view.

The golfers didn't seem to mind the wheelie in the parking lot. And the golf cart path is giving me ideas.

And it's super easy for me to get to. Not the most value minded of prices but not out of line as far as I can tell.

But I'm just one guy. This one guy says win. But I'm super easy to impress.

Hi all, it was really nice meeting everyone. Sorry I didn't post up before coming and will be sure to do so next time. But thanks for the welcome and I look forward to meeting up again.

Hmmmm

There's nothing that would draw me back there.

Service... Spotty

Food... Meh

Prices... Meh

Location... Ok

Drinks... Meh

Ambiance... Nice, I mean the did have the caddy shack painting

On a scale from 1-10 I'd give it a 3

I liked it. Good beer selection, food was good. Location was a bit far, but I live in the boonies.

-Included gratuity. Big party.. Any restaurant is going to do that.

-Service. Meh.. It's a tuesday night. If this became a regular thing, i'm sure they'd have more staff. But I thought she did a good job, all things considered.

-Price. Did you guys want to go to a dive bar and eat peanuts? I'm ok with that, but 15 bucks for a pretty good meal and an ice tea seems pretty fair to me.

Regardless, I had a great time meeting everyone. Hope we keep doing this somewhere.

So my thoughts...

-I really liked the location and the place it's self.
-I liked the changing beer taps.
-Happy hour while we're there is pretty sweet.
-MY SERVICE was fine...I did however observe some others not so lucky as myself.
-I understand with large parties that included gratuity is expected, however, I personally would like to speak with the manager to see if this is something that we can get rid of.

I still would like to hear others thoughts on this before we decide to go forth or to see if there is something else out there better suited for our needs.

True, but I also tend to think this can result in sub-par service from staff. "I'm going to get my tip anyway" kind of mentality.....

Also true, but they knew we were coming ahead of time. They even had a sign saying "Welcome PNW Riders!". If we had just shown up, I could see that. My service was OK, though she did forget to refill my water a few times (but eventually remembered without being prompted.)

$2.50 off any appetizer is not bad. I think that made my nachos $7.50. And $4.50 for a 16oz Heineken isn't bad either (skip the bottle at $4.25....)

Yep! I think it is worth giving the place a second chance though, especially if they open up the patio in the summer. But that isn't to say we can't check out another place. I hear the red drinks at Berliner are particularly good......

But if we pick a place, I think it should be the same day/time/place each week. Tuesdays right now work better for me, but by summer time, Thursdays will be good too.

I am all for giving this place another go. And I bet the manager would love to hear some of the feedback and criticism we have here.

My service to was hohum. That said, I have gotten much worse service at much "better" places. But I tend to illicit animosity.

didn't make it till late but based on all seven minutes i was there here are my thoughts
1. the built in gratuity is a deal breaker for me.
2. the cost of jameson is a deal breaker for me.
3. they have plenty of parking.
4. the bartender was cute and very nice.

Was thinking about it, I haven't had the chance to call and talk with the owner, but I think if folks want to give it a shot, it's not busy enough to worry about calling ahead.

100% out. The wife has her "end of tax season" office dinner party, so I'm "daddy daycare" tomorrow. And since I myself can barely stand my kids in a restaurant, I doubt others want to be annoyed by them either......

Sounds like you guys are getting mixed reviews. If you're seriously thinking of continuing the search for a new home...

Juanita pub reopened about a year ago.

1) located kinda halfway between northerners and southerners.
2) bartenders are passably cute.
3) happy hour from about 4 to 7 includes $3 pints $9 pitchers and $4 burgers if I remember.
4) small selection of micros including ninkasi, booze, and a different fru fru drink special every day
5) good size menu with several different half pound burgers, sandwiches, apps.
6) on a side street so the cops aren't "usually" watching for drunks to pull out.
7) flat screens everywhere, 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, 2 new horse shoe pits that sit right between part of the parking area for the bikes and part of the out door patio.

I'm too lazy to look. What general area is this in? Juanita area of Kirkland?

They don't open till like 4, so I'll give em a few hours and see if Incan get ahold of a manager or somebody over there.

Maybe I can clarify the happy hour cause I'm sure the sign next to the front door said 7.

Plus, who knows, for a regular bike night group maybe they could extend happy hour a bit for us.

No harm in me talking to them I suppose.
