Good place to get carbs cleaned? ('99 Katana 750)

My boy has a '99 Katana 750 that needs its carbs cleaned, but we don't know any decent mechanics in the area. Any recommendations for a solid mechanic who'll do it for a decent price? The bike is in White Center.

LOL. I was trying to convince him to do that with Seafoam, but it's at the point where we can't even get it started.
