So if you throw it away, it's on you and not the general public. Farther out you can get the more likely you are to reduce the risk to others and helps to keep a lower profile. Less likely to draw the popo's attention. It's all risky and most anything fun is illegal. The less attention you bring to yourself the better. I still think it's a good idea to appear responsible and considerate in the view of the general public. Then when out of sight of prying eyes we can still have some fun. ![]() Or in other words; There is a time and place for everything. |
