Now this is an accident worthy of a law suit http://www.komonews.com/news/local/M...165819316.html PUYALLUP, Wash. -- A motorcyclist was killed when he was struck by a runaway septic tank truck Friday evening. The truck was parked just before 7 p.m. near the 12200 block of 151st Ct. E., but then started rolling down 151st without a driver on board, sad Det. Ed Troyer with the Pierce County Sheriff's Department. As the truck crossed 122nd, it struck a motorcyclist, killing him, Troyer said. The victim's name has not been released and Troyer didn't have any further details about the crash. The driver of the truck was cited. |

So without knowing the specifics of the truck this may have been a failure due to lack of maintenance. |
