First post of a new guy..

Recently quit my job, sold my very thirsty truck, bought a motorcycle, and a bus pass--heading back to school to pursue the ever illusive satisfying 'career.' A wild and rare animal in today's world.

At any rate, I'm starting a little bit later in life and so far have all of 1500 miles under my belt on a 2012 Ninja 650. Glad I found a forum with guys and gals in my area, hope to see some of you around!

Welcome! Good luck with school and that ever elusive satisfying career. Keep an eye out for local bike nights on boards. You will meet plenty of cool riders at them. In the mean time ride safe! Stay on two.

The 'I ride' has been changed to reflect the preponderance of riding possibilities. Who has a ZX10-14, GSXR 1000, or maybe a Hayabusa I can learn on. I'm new and figure, hell, why not? I have watched a lot of youtube videos. And I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Yea I watched that Island Of Man racing vid like three times. How hard could it be?
