You're all wrong. I'm a lawyer. When you are operating a licensed motor vehicle on any road, anything but a prestine and smooth surface is illegal. One tiny pebble is enough to place blame on said county or property owner as it compromises the cleanliness of the roadway surface.

So I rode on some illegal gravel in an alley in the U District about an hour ago and am still shiny side up. Does that mean I win?

No, it means the illegal gravel is merely biding its time and will strike when you least expect it. Like a ninja

Efforts to fight the illegal gravel have been stalled by lack of funding and support from upper echelon's of the cities law enforcement offices. One internal source who wanted to remain anonymous was cited as saying:

"We simply don't have the man power to address this kind of threat. We have officers working tirelessly to combat the onslaught of parking violators already, and there simply are not enough coffee shops near the illegal gravel locations to effectively do anything about it."

It appears that the citizens of Seattle have only one hope left:

Help us Phoenix Jones, you are our only hope!

Damn shame I missed this thread right after it started. Wish the OP would have left his original posts for additional amusement. The thread title pretty much says it all though
