Not sure but that could be legal gravel. To test, get out of your cage with a blue jacket on that says ICE on the back. If the gravel rolls quickly away, its probably illegal.

Actually, the entire Mayan calendar panic was brought about by the government. The only thing that happened was that the calendar printing contract ran out, and to save on a budget line item it was not renewed in a timely manner due to funding the Mayan government on continuing resolutions. Unfortunately the entire civilization collapsed before they passed an actual budget, ergo no more calendars.

Sure glad that our government has better sense.
