Geezzz. Talking to my buddy at the Backfire. He tells me it's changed a bit from the "not worth the trip" I remember. He said he has a route to get away from most all the traffic. I guess I'll give it a shot and see how it is. I know it's about the bikes and the people watching. I think that's the best part, people are funny in so many ways. Anyway. I do remember a few small groups of "club" members walking the streets and playing tough guys. Was too much of the sh*t everywhere at the time (7-8yrs ago) That's what turned me off on the whole Harley hang out thing, I have better things to do. The second time we went years a go. We did park down some side street. Like too far for comfort because of the gear/tank bag and stuff I sort of had to leave with the bike. I don't like doing that anywhere. I've been two times. First time was like meh and the second was a crapy trip in genral........so that's what I basing my opinion on.....not real facts.  I'll give it a try and keep an open mind......it's always fun to kick it with a good friend anyway.  P.S. My buddy ride Harley's now (his was the one next my 500 at the Backfire on the sidewalk). But you know how it is. Like family, you're stuck with em. | |

| Permit  Joined: Jun 2010 From: SEATTLE, WA I Ride: Anything with 2 wheels | South Seattle/Renton area, Oyster Run meet up Sunday Morning in the large Starbucks parking lot 13038 Interurban Avenue South, Tukwila, WA EXIT 156 off I-5 Mostly Sport bikes, Some Cruisers, all are welcome! 8am meet up, kickstands up at 9am In the same Starbucks parking lot is a Shell Gas station and a Jack-in-the-Box to get a breakfast sandwich for the road. We will take I-5 north and make a pit-stop in Marysville in the Tulalip Casino parking lot. We can gas up if needed and stretch. Then to the destination, exit 230 to Hwy 20 West to Oyster Run in Anacortes. This will be a casual ride, everyone at their own pace! Then we're gonna shoot down the back road over to 128th to the Shell station to meet up with the group that ElectricJoe has put together. We'll be at Wal-Mart at 9:30. We're gonna head over to Shell at 9:45 or whenever Daniel shows up (whichever is later). Anyone that wants to join me and Daniel feel free. Joe you have at least 2 joining you. You ok with that??
