And route? I live up Hwy 7 so going north to go south would suck unless you are doing the freeway instead of back roads. I know all the fun ones to get there.

We could meet you along the way, just look for us around 10:20 or so, be at a gas station on the right and we could swing by. Just tell us what gas station.

I Ride: Nap of the Earth
Just wanted to give you folks a heads up. We went up to Windy Ridge yesterday and the ridge was definitely living up to its name. High winds were giving us a good buffeting and the wind chill effect was driving the suck factor up. The ride up was great, and we didn't encounter any real wind until we got near the parking lot. I can't say if the weather will be the same or different today, just that you may want to pack something to break the wind if your riding in anything with mesh. Hopefully it won't be an issue for you. Stay safe and have fun.

It was awesome up there! Except for that rock/gravel and crap the last 1/4 mile or so.

Mrmat, I think I saw you! You have a blue/yellow bike? We were heading up, you were heading down? LOL missed connection.

Yeah my bike sticks out a bit (and yet folks in cars still don't see me). I was wondering if we would bump into any of the other groups once we got up top. We picked up Mike from Yelm (I forgot his name on here) up top and he stuck with us all the way down to Walking Man, but bailed on food to hit Rowena Loops instead.

We passed you guys on the way down and then two other Portland groups once we started back South on 25.

Right outside of Eatonville on Hwy 7 his bike just died. We were eating in Eatonville and called us, by the time we got there with tools, zx12revn was already there (we had split ways in Randle). Ended up one of his fuses was blown, but it was taken care of and he made it home on his own bike
