He "bumped" me on purpose because he didn't like the fact that I let one person merge in front of me, but wasn't going to let him. The officer that showed up on the scene didn't site him for anything, but threatened me with a ticket. I don't remember what his approach with ticketing me was, but it was rediculous to say the least.

Glad to see you made it out without needing xrays. I had a guy bump me in an intersection many many moons ago. I stayed up and there was no damage except dent on exhuast. However, my helmet somehow disloged itself into my right hand and before I could stop it the right hand threw it at the front windsheild of the car smashing it. This was before road rage laws, it was legal to be that pissed off. I agreed to pay my cost for a dented exhuast and he agreed to pay for his windshield. The police were quite cordial and did not ticket either of us. When handing back my helmet the officer said might want to get it checked after that impact and laughed. Police nowadays are just to serious.

Glad it didn't end in tragedy. I'm shocked that the driver even stopped.
