I'm really sorry to hear this man, may your friend RIP. So many of these this year.

Thank you for all your kind words everyone... Mat made a terrible mistake that cost him his life...but he was a very cool guy who took care of his family and was a good Father to his children.. I wish I was going to visit him in the hospital today,rather than going to his funeral.. Its been a sad week.. My other friend Brandon,who introduced me to Mat,knew him for 17 years and Mat was like an older brother to him.. Brandon has been a mess all week and I really feel bad for him.

Its just terrible...When shit like this happens. For everyone involved.

Thanks for the shout outs everyone.. I will show this post at the funeral today.

Wouldnt miss it for the World. I dont normally do funerals..but Mat was so cool I want to hang with him as long as I can.

I'm really really sorry to hear another rider and friend has been killed. Yes, I have just been through this, with a close friend that was killed riding and it is just terrible, just terrible.
I especially feel for the family and his friends, and my thoughts/prayers go out to them. Time heals, but just seems to go slow during these times.

That sucks. I know we all have been stupid one way or another on a bike but that doesnt mean we have to pay for it with our lives.

He's riding in the sky now. I like to imagine that when bikers die, we get to ride on an infinite Rainbow Road with powerups and all.

Um, unfortunately reality says if you are going to do something that has high risks attached and you do something stupid, you may very well pay for it with your life. No one said reality is fair.

That's why you have people trying to teach people the easy way on why it is bad to be "stupid" and hope they learn it the easy way rather than the hard way. The hard way sometimes doesn't give you a second chance.

So yes, sometimes it means we pay for it with our lives even if that isn't fair.

That being said, my condolences to Icon for losing a friend so suddenly and unexpectedly.
