even though this is not the best time of year, nor the best weather. i was wondering who here either plays some paintball off/on, has played, or wants to play.

if theres a big batch of you guys, i could always get my feild up and running again, if not, maybe we could meet up every other month or something.

or am i alll alone?

We should combine riding and paintballing.... Bad drivers can be our opponents.

Spyder Compact 2000: Apex barrel, expansion chamber, laser sight, etc... Haven't played in 2 years.

you got your own field? We had a place by my house but county tore it all down - fuckers - it had great hills, covers...I say go for it. We don't have our own guns but sounds like a good PNW sponsored event. I call target practice on all cagers on cell phones...

I haven't played in two years. 5-years ago I was a competitive/semi-pro player. Mostly play pickup games now. I have two guns (Ion and Chipley Custom Machine) and plenty of parts, hoppers, and air tanks for at least two other players.

Let me know when you want to play....I'm a gun for hire!

I have an extra mask and an extra tank for someone who needs em. Let's make a head count of who's in. I also have a shitload of barrels for the Spyder series. I'm usually free all day on fri-sun and then in the afternoon on mon-thurs.

well sense we are sharing......

ive played some rockie turnys, and a few pickup games with nppl nov/am teams, but that was like 2 yeas ago, now its just random recball games. i really enjoy the working on and custmizing of the guns, and then playing with them, its kinda fun to shoot some turny playing, paint spewing guys with a mech cocker, or a PGP . oh and i try my best not to bitch. and to have as much fun as possible, some people just get to up tight. if you arent laughing, your not halfing fun!

and for the record ive got plenty of loaner gear, im kinda a massive gun whore.(feel free to skip this part if you dont know much about PB guns)

to list... a automag, a 2k shoebox shocker, dm3, 2k2 ace wased angel, fully uped impulse, stock impulse, a DM5(not a loaner), PGP and phantom, ...8 cockers... (2 are a friends, so they half count) including, 98 right feed freeflow, 2k2 vert feed with few basic bolt ons and a tune, a E2'ed mini CCM cocker. a 99 halfblocked single mech trigger and a dye boomy, a mini half blocked with a mech swing frame, a parts gun with an e2 frame BB eyes and allll sorts of other stuff.... and lastly the buddys 2k3 and his karni. same buddy also has a tippman A5 with flatline and a stock on it. i think ive got a spyder or two laying around as well .....

(you can start reading again)

ive also got a hopper and tank to go with almost every gun and ive got 3-6 spare masks, id have to double check that stuff, its been awhile sense ive used any of it ive got a spare pod pack or 2 and plenty of pods,

enough about me,

hmmmm well most of you guys are about 1-2 hours north of me, so i think you all hauling down here for a pickup game is abit far, .

maybe we could all meet up at the splat out door feild (in puyallup) sense most you guys are up north. they ahve a very nice feild, no woods though, but saddly not many good woods ball fields left, that i know of.

oh and please no shooting the cars! it gives very bad reap for the sport, kinda like holding up traffic so people can stunt on I-5... but like wise, its very tempting!

so maybe once the weather clears up we can set up a time and place for a few rounds or ball.

Paintball........ Ahh the good ol' days!

I played for Washington Reign back in the 90's, then moved on to Avalanche and played for them in the NPPL through their good years and reigning #1 Pro team in the world through 2000... before they went to hell at the end of that year. Then I was supposed to play for the All American's - but decided I didn't like the Shockers they had (they were bulky like shoe boxes back then), passed up a deal with the Ironmen, pondered playing for the Naughty Dogs, and decided it was time to leave while I was still on the top of my game and not a washed up "has been".

I hadn't played since 2000 and went out this fall to play with some local guys and found that most of it was like riding a bike... I shot the hell out of the other teams all day long HAHAHAAAAAA

So... If we did this somewhere close enough for me to drive to (south of Olympia), I might be another "hired gun" available.

"Will shoot squids for paint"

LOL!

I haven't played in awhile. I wouldn't mind playing again though. Going through 40$ worth of paint in 5 minutes kind of sucks though.

My friend bought a pump gun for that reason, he's a bit trigger happy. I'm usually the opposite.

A PNDubbers Paintball game on a private woodsball field would be amazing. Every single one of the commercial fields even remotely close to my house have closed permanently. I'd be in, and assuming the day is right, I could bring at least 4-5 other people.

Also, it's not great, but I do have one of those portable chronographs, so we can make sure no one is shooting hot if we're going somewhere not commercial.

You can kind of tell by looking at the trajectory and speed of the ball...

well damn there are plenty of people who are up for some ball! im hearing a good mix of players etc... so thats good.

i guess the only real thing todo is figure out a time and place.

CRAP i cant edit this into a poll. so il start a new thread

and the way id like you guys to vote is simple, just vote for which ever city is closest to you!

i figure that will give us a decent idea where the majorty of people are, so we can pick a field( or make) one that fits us all the best.

thread for the voting!!!

http://www.pnwriders.com/forum/showthread.php?t=64222

we can work on a date/time from there

Paintballing
I love paintballing. Just do it recreationally though. I never gotten to intense into it. wouldnt mind getting a game together sometime though.

I just went on the superbowl, its like this tradition. We go out paintballing on my freinds property out in Mt Vernon with like 10 of us. Then we go back, get drunk and watch the game. Good times!
