I was too busy trying to get these shops to a point of being abel to run... Since he was their only tech in kirkland.. I had to send one of mine..

So...alittle update

He has a broken left arm, four broken ribs, they are doing C.A.T and mri (I believe ) to look at his Spinal Cord. What I was told is he did do damage to the nerves and a few discs. Broken right leg, fractured ankle and wrist from hitting the car itself...

So thats as far as I know as of right now......

At what point did we all establish it was the vehicle driver's fault?

From what I see the bike ran into the car.

I'm also pretty sure "rumors" don't hold up as evidence anywhere but in school hallways and office watercoolers.

Actually from "witness`s" which does hold up...says the driver ran the left turn light, after it had been red ... As he was already going through......

If she is really 15 with a permit and she was all alone isnt it automatically her fault? She was driving illegally. I think unless the bike was riding around wreckless its the cars fault.

I`m being told every hour or so new info... So if you look ( I know its hard for you) i posted what you quoted me at 1:22pm.... In which I never stated that it WAS the drivers fault, you assumed... But you cant go after a 15 yr old girl, you go after the guardians, but you knew that!....

I was told around 2:30 more information from the manager at Kirkland...
So I was writing what I knew at that time, and going off what I was told would be ":rumor had it" cause nothing has been finalized.
So if you dont know whats going on STFU
