New Bikes and what you would Buy.
Going to be looking at some new bikes today, just kind of curious what some people's dream rides would be.

My next dream bike would be a Busa or a ZX14.
But I can't stop drooling on the new RSV4 either.

Cant go wrong with Honda, especially the new 1000rr. I enjoy the new yellow scheme, its different than most schemes, and different is good.

Plus they are back in the conversation in performance and power.

And you cant overlook the sturdyness of a Honda, they are bullet proof.

Have fun shopping for a new ride, you should be able to negotiate a great deal considering the economy and time of year.

GO HONDA !!!!!

Tuono or Super Duke, but a Super Duke with the RC8 motor or a Monster 1098 would be the dream! Or if I really had to pay for it, an SV1200.

what kind of bike am I looking for? street? dirt? all my riding needs? track?

I'm looking at a drz-400s for my next ride.

But my dream ride, I already have that in my SV. It's plenty fast, it's plenty comfortable, and it's plenty fun, all topped off with being cheap to own, and cheap to buy.

1. A lightly used Honda Nighthawk (one of the best standard bikes ever made, anywhere!)

2. Moto Guzzi Stelvio
3. Moto Guzzi Breva 12 sport
4. bmdub k1200r Sport

Alas, until the economy stops leaving skidmarks on the bowl, they'll all stay dreams for now. It's always fun to look though!

I like your style Mae. Don't tell my trusty Ninja but my next bike is definitly going to be a Honda. They have to have the best build quality.

I'd have to go with the 1000rr. My favorite bike I've owned yet was a CBR900RR, and the 1000RR sounds even better

See for me, I will buy an R1 in 11 when they go to the next style. I don't hate the 09 and what will be the 10, but I will wait til 11 for the next one. Hopefully they will have 4 lights again

I Ride: with both cheeks hanging off each side.

F800GS

That's my next purchase. Getting rid of the Street R6. I came to realize, although fun, totally pointless for the street for the most part.

Going to go back to DS's. Can have much more fun, go on longer trips, and a slower more "casual" pace. I'll still have my R6 track bike, and the FZR for street. But I satisfied the thirst to try a sport bike out. It did convince me to go to the track, and I have a blast there, so some good came out of it.

Realistically, a Street Triple R:

But I'd prefer it in white they offer the regular triple in.

Maybe next year?

Easy. DRZ400SM or '09 CBR600RR. I would also like a track bike sometime in the future.
