Come Feb. 1, are we going to use the same form to update the spreadsheet, or will you--Chameleon--be creating a new one? It seems to me that if we use the current form, it's going to add more records to the spreadsheet.

We should, as of Feb. 1, have a new column for February and add our numbers there instead.

Another column with a formula to give mileage totals would be nice, too (<--hint, hint

).

We will use the same form and post in the same way to update the same spreadsheet.

At the end of the year, I'll work my magic and come up with some wicked awesome pivot charts/graphs to make your heads explode showing all manner of statistical sex.

damn i should have taken a pic of my odometer on the first. My transimission went out on my truck a few days later so my bikes been my only mode of transportation since then. Im racking them up.

Up to Chris, but I'd say that you can participate and we can back-fill your mileage as far back as you have verifiable proof of mileage.

I'd say that the monthly cut off needs to be the last day of the month and that people should note the mileage and take the picture at the end of their riding on the last day or prior to riding on the first day of the next month... Then post that info ASAP.
This way we can get meaningful statistics.

IMPORTANT: I'm changing the form slightly... The Date field can now be entered as either YYYY-MM-DD or MM/DD/YYYY format. Your choice.

The spreadsheet didn't properly recognize YYYYMMDD as a date.
