Dont really know anyone here in towm that rides except for dirt bikes, so I am trying to find some folks to ride with. I want to start doing some trips just for the fun of riding. I have ridden to Seattle and Colville. Both are long rides, but I am just wanting to get out of town everyonce in a while. |

I've put full fairings on it (to make it look like a real bike), frame sliders, lowering links and yanked the baffle out. I've only got 1,200 miles under my belt riding, period - and I'm in LOVE with it. I'm completely new to the motorcycle world and haven't lived in Yakima long ... So I'd love to know were good places to ride are. ![]() ![]() Last edited by SVGirl; 08-27-2007 at 11:03 PM.. |

Always looking for new groups of people to go riding with. I used to ride crotch rockets, and plan on getting another one soon, but for now I ride a Boulevard C50. The flip side... ![]() I can relax on I-5 at 70MPH. Please take careful note of the cast on the foot you can see! ANYWAY. Let me know if there's people that won't mind riding with a cruiser! |

We both love to ride and although an odd couple a cruiser and a sport bike - hes not afraid to drag running board chasing after me. But for now hes still in Shoreline and I have both bikes here in Yakima - just thought I'd rub that in. Last edited by SVGirl; 09-02-2007 at 01:06 PM.. |

Anywhere you want to go just stick to the highways and you'll have a blast. If you want to have a fun times ride down to mabton. then go through Bickleton to golden dale. Then head to highway 14. turn east to rosevelt. then north back to bickleton. And home. As long as the weather great you'll love it. You'll probably run into a lot of bikers |

| Newbie Joined: May 2007 From: Yaktown, Wershington I Ride: 1972 Yamaha R1 | Hello Y'all. This is my very 1st post so I guess I'll do this proper by goin' on in this 'intro section' of dis forum. Well, actually I signed up back in May and just been browsing around the Yakima section just checkin all what's happenin and all the little B.S. that's been going on among y'all. Oh yeah, I'm a "509 Ryda" (...REPRESENT! what, what!). I used to stunt (a little) waaaaaay back in the day in SEATOWN but I'm done now. Reckless driving tickets seem to get a little expensive and so does wrecking your bike a few times and hospital stay bills...now I roll wit 509, or anyone for that matter, just as long as they can 'ride'. They say it's getting to the end of the riding season but this is the best time of the year to ride (before the sun goes down! gets kinda kold...you know!) You know I can go on forever talking/writing about bike sh*t stuff since I have nothing else to do, but I'm just gonna cut it here and see how it looks in the thread... Hey! I'm new to this and I'm not very computa saavy. bye!...and ride safe! |
