I would love to come to them, but I cant make it at 7 on thursdays cuz of work. Cuz i get off at 8. But from what i can tell, looks like Not a lot of people really CARE about the bike nights. I find that sad. I know that NinjaGirl has been trying to get it up, but i dont know. From what i know, people cant decide where they want to go. I hear One week, its in miners, then at Majors on 16th.

I think first off, we need more yakima people to really care about whats going on on the forum. Or i guess Word of Mouth as well. But yea, i do think we need a regular bike night. I say maybe on Wednessday's after Renegade? or something. I dont know... Just a thought.

The way I did it in the TriCities was post it, repost it and dont give-up.
It IS alot of work. Having more than one place to go to makes sense, as some people dont always like or want the same foods.
So, take the bull by the horns and start posting!

Ok i'm going to make this easy for everyone... here's the final word until otherwise!!!

BIKE NIGHT EVERY THURSDAY AT MINERS 7PM!!

Patrick.. i know you can't make it... but if you call and let me know you're coming, i'll stay at miner's and wait for you. We generally stay kind of late. Not sure where you're traveling from... but just call and let me know if you're going to make it.

Another thing you might like Patrick/other peeps..... Like almost every friday we have been going to hot rods and harley's at McDonalds on 40th and Powerhouse Rd. (near bi-mart/oil can henry's) Alot of the guys around here meet in the big parking lot on Nob Hill (where red robin is and where montgomery wards used to be) I dont know what time they meet up... but they usually show up around 6:30 or 7pm at Mc Donalds. I usually just show up.

EVERYONE PLEASE KEEP SPREADING THE PNW WORD!!!

I also think that bike nights do happen, because there are to many "KIDS" riding bikes. To many who dont care about that kind of stuff. But i do keep on telling people about it.

Hopefully we will have a REALLY BIG bike night before the end of summer. :-D

In my opinion, it'd be nice if these gatherings were posted on the site...

1. Existing members are less likely to show up to gatherings if they don't know about them or are not reminded about it by seeing the post.

2. New members and lurkers think the Yakima section looks dead and are less likely to join / become involved if no one posts.

Just my opinion...
